Meditation offers us the opportunity to find silence and achieve stillness and calm in our busy fast paced lives. Please join us for a weekly class that will give you the tools and knowledge to bring this practice into your daily life.
Designed for beginners and those that want to re-invigorate their meditation practice. Each class is highly dynamic and includes movement, silent contemplation, discussion, and group exercises.
Mindful Meditation – Deepen & Explore Urban Retreat

Drawing from both yoga and Buddhist practices, the workshop will include movement, silent contemplation, discussion and group exercises. This is a great opportunity to deepen your practice and spend a day immersed in a supportive community. As a mini-urban retreat in the beautiful Namaste yoga studio, this is a chance to take your practice to a new level.
Those new to meditation will benefit from establishing a sitting practice and integrating multiple techniques into daily life, while experienced practitioners will dive deeper into understanding the the art of meditation techniques for waking up.
To support rapid integration of the workshop material, participants will receive 8 guided audio meditations and one private consultation with Vlad ($120 value). Redeemable within a two week period after the workshop.
