Hi, I’m Vlad - a corporate consultant and meditation teacher turned exec coach.

I partner with senior executives & founders to turn inner turmoil into clarity and aligned strategic action.

Clients come seeking greater impact; they walk away as more evolved and integrated leaders.

Change is a storm. It strips away what’s familiar and forces you to stand in the wind of doubt, fear, and uncertainty until you find your ground again. It’s the knot in your chest before a hard conversation, the doubts that keep you up at night, the politics you can’t avoid but still have to move through.

The leaders I work with know the stakes are high. They want more than a quick fix. They want clarity that actually sticks, anchored in who they are and who they are becoming.

My path has been anything but linear. I started as a landscape architect, where I fell in love with design, a discipline I still use every day to shape processes and systems. I taught yoga and meditation, where I learned that change doesn’t just happen in the head - it anchors in the body. Later, inside organizations like Kaiser Permanente and Accenture, I learned how to lead change through complexity, politics, and power.

Each role tested me, stretched me, and sharpened something I didn’t realize was rare: the ability to see clarity where others only felt fog. That thread has been with me all along. Now, I help my clients cut through complexity, face what feels impossible, and walk forward with more courage, focus, and impact.

My Approach

I work best with leaders embedded in complex systems where every change touches people, systems, and processes. On average, clients stay with me for 12-18 months.

Doors inside of walls

Sometimes it feels like you’ve hit a wall. The politics, the emotions, the stalled momentum - you push harder but nothing gives. Together, we look for the doors that aren’t visible yet. Not the fastest escape hatch, but the path that matches who you’re becoming. The way forward is already in you. You’re just too close to see it on your own.

Beyond performance

While some coaching focuses only on outer results, I have learned that real transformation comes from working at the level of identity, values, and meaning. It’s the norm for leaders to avoid emotions and stay in their heads, but somatic intelligence (in the body) is where change actually anchors. When we shift the somatic, emotional, and logical, the change ripples through every part of life, not just work.

A true thought partner

I do more than just ask good questions. When you're facing a challenge or a blind spot, I'll share my experience and ideas to help you move forward. But I also know when to hold back, trusting that the most powerful solutions are the ones you discover yourself.

1:1 Executive Coaching

One-on-one executive coaching for when you feel stuck or know you’re ready to grow. We look at the patterns holding you back and the shifts that will move you forward: delegation, vision, communication, leading through others. When it helps, this extends into team sessions so your growth does not stop with you.

Strength in the Storm

Tough moments like layoffs, missed funding, or market shifts can fracture culture and erode trust. I help leaders name what is really happening and rebuild connection, even in uncertainty. Beyond hard conversations, I also design programs that build lasting resilience: manager-as-coach training, peer coaching circles, and practices for giving and receiving feedback.

I’ve spent the past 15 years coaching and advising leaders through complexity — from executives at Google, Genentech, Intel, and Roche, to founders building companies from scratch. I balance my practice between supporting leaders in large organizations and partnering with startups. Along the way, I’ve supported over 30 startups and given my time to programs like the Miller Center, Alchemist, Haas Business School, and Accenture’s Circulars Accelerator.

What ties it all together is a simple thread: I care about leaders who are carrying weighty decisions, navigating messy systems, and trying to create meaningful impact without losing themselves.

I live in Nevada City with my wife and our young daughter, drawn to the strength of the Sierra Nevada mountain ranges, which I fell in love with at first sight, and the clarity of the alpine lakes and rivers that run through them. Hiking, backpacking, or swimming in those waters restores me. The solidity of the Sierras and the purity of those high mountain rivers are the same qualities I aim to bring into my work with leaders.

I hold a Master’s in Organizational Development, am certified in Design Thinking, Neuro-Linguistic Programing, and trained extensively in executive coaching and somatic practices, including a 500-hour yoga therapy certification. This mix of corporate rigor and embodied practice shapes the way I work.

FAQ

  • Coaching works best when there’s a strong desire for change and when the stakes are high. You don’t need to have the answers, but you do need to be willing to look beneath the surface, to explore patterns, and to take responsibility for your growth.

  • We start with a free 60 minute clarity call. It’s a chance to experience my coaching and see if we are the right fit to work together. I work with leaders and organizations all over the world, current and past clients include US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

  • Most 1:1 coaching sessions happen online. For team alignment work and facilitation, I can work either online or in person, depending on your needs.

  • My coaching is offered on a monthly retainer basis with no packages or contracts. We work together for as long as it makes sense for both of us. Companies often sponsor 1:1 and team coaching. Some clients choose to invest personally; for those, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots.

All other services are priced on my half-day and full-day rate cards.

  • While most of my clients stay with me for 12-18 months, some only need several sessions to work through something acute. In my experience, deep transformation takes time - trust and growth build over the long arc, not in quick fixes.
